A BIT ABOUT ME
It started with an eating disorder in high school that continued throughout college. It wasn’t until I got serious with powerlifting that I healed myself and realized I needed to take care of my body in order for it to grow stronger.
Everyday I thank my body for what it can do. Everyday I give my body what it needs to perform. Everyday is an opportunity to heal. I love my body. I love what it can do.
And I want every one of my clients to feel the same about their body and its abilities. I do this for ME! I want you to do it for YOU!
I want to help anyone who is looking to make a change in their life. I know change can be scary, believe me...You just have to take the first step.
I believe education is a never ending journey. I am always looking for ways to improve myself as a coach.

1 on 1 Coaching Calls
From macros to meal plans. I will teach you how to make smart food decisions that align with your fitness goals. You will feel confident when walking into any grocery store or a new restaurant you have never been to before. Feel in control with your diet and enjoy life!

I train my clients In San Diego at Iron Mongers Gym and STS Performance. But fear not if you are across the country, I offer video sessions as well! Get your form checked, have me there to coach you and challenge you through an awesome workout!
1-on-1 Training Sessions over Zoom
With the closing of gyms and the uncertainty of situations in the world right now, I will always provide virtual training sessions as a part of the training package. I will work with your schedule and guide and instruct you through a 1 hour long training session.
Warm-up, and mobility work included. No equipment necessary!
